Fairer Finance is a ratings agency, consultancy business and consumer group aiming to help create a fairer financial services market. It does this by campaigning, publishing unique research – and by working with companies, including Ageas, Lloyds and Royal London, to improve the customer experience. 

Fairer Finance makes it's money by selling endorsements to financial services providers who perform well in the product and customer experience ratings services that it provides. It generates consultancy revenue by reviewing, re-writing and redesigning a variety of customer communications such as online user journeys, terms and conditions, and customer letters. It also provides a complaints advisory service that’s headed up by a former Senior Ombudsman. 

Dan has been helping Managing Director, James Daley, to develop the business and to refine the commercial proposition. This is what he had to say about working with Dan:
